Minutes, are the instant written record of a meeting or hearing. They often give an overview of the structure of the meeting, starting with a list of those present, a statement of the various issues before the participants, and each of their responses. A record of the meeting is usually taken in shorthand.
This course aims to give delegates the skills, tips and shortcuts to ensure that your meetings are productive and effective and that vital information is not lost through poor minute taking. This session is for anyone who is new to or regularly requested to take notes and minutes of meetings.
